=============================================================================== Title : Centrifuge Filename : cent.BSP Version : 12/23/97 Author : Scott "Dr.Rigormortis" Dalton Email Address : yagyu@machida.xaxon-net.or.jp Other levels by author : ZerDM2, ZerDM3 of Zerstörer : Testament of the Destroyer. Description : Well, I released this level on cdrom.com on the 23rd, and was reading a complete level review thing only to realize that it had disappeared off of cdrom.com, for some unknown reason... It was basically a really fast "lets play with qe4 and learn the editor plus try out a few new q2 things" level, but I figured I'd release it anyway... Keep a look out for "Leadworks" a real q2 level from me that should be out soon. Some things include spawning with a shotgun (i've actually since improved how to do this, which will be in leadworks) and um, well, some colored lighting, and a room you should force all those people who get nausea when playing quake to run around in... The vomitorium.. Additional Credits to : Thanks to id. =============================================================================== * Play Information * Game : Quake 2 Single Player : No Cooperative : No Deathmatch : Yes, 20 actual dm starts leading to 10 ingame spots Difficulty Settings : No New Sounds : No New Graphics : No Demos Replaced : No * Construction * Base : new map Build Time : don't remeber, maybe 2 days? Editor(s) used : qe4, it was a learn the editor map Known Bugs : sometimes you won't spawn with a shotgun if many people are dying or if you get a bad random spawn (fixed in leadworks) * How to use this level * Make a "maps" directory in ../quake2/baseq2 and copy the level into it. In Quake2, bring up the console and type in "map cent". To start a deathmatch game either start it as usual and type "map cent" in the server's console or start a multiplayer server from Quake 2 and type "map cent" in the console. * Copyright / Permissions * This level is (c) by Scott Dalton 1997.
